360 underwater video: A Biorock artificial reef February 2, 2018

In April 2017, we built our third artificial Biorock ® reef on Gili Trawangan in Indonesia. After 8 months we returned to check it out and shot this 360° underwater video of it! Great to see it’s already becoming a part of the reef! Find out more about the Biorock technology, please visit the websites of the Global Coral Reef Alliance and the Gili Eco Trust: www.globalcoral.org | www.biorock.org | www.giliecotrust.com To license this video or get your own 360 video produced, contact us: info@thejetlagged.com

Despite their enormous size, mantas feed on tiny zooplankton that they filter out of the water. Meeting...

We live underwater (How we built our own artificial Biorock reef) July 14, 2015

Coral reefs worldwide are threatened, suffering from pollution, overfishing and global warming. According to the WWF, we have already lost 27% of the world's coral reefs. But we can do something to help: We built an artificial Biorock reef on Gili Trawangan, an Indonesian island paradise with heavily damaged corals. A submerged metal structure will be equipped with a special...
